Name: Du Shane Breed: American Quarter Horse Bloodlines: Foundation Age: 7 Height: 16.1 hh Body: Stocky Type: Boisterous Color: Black appaloosa Markings: White star, left hind sock, right hind sock, white blanket Eyes: Deep brown Dicipline: Trail, Reining, Gymkhana Vice: Tossing his head and not standing still Quirk: Dumping his water bucket, even in the summer of 110ºf afternoons Genetics: 75% of his foal's coats will be jet black, yet only 35% will recieve the white blanketed rump that he has. Others may have more white on their rumps, stretching onto their backs and bellys, while others may be leopards, or may recieve no markings at all. 50% will acquire white socks or stockings of some sort. Status: At stud. Note: Limited mares. Only Arabians, Quarter Horses, Thoroughbreds, and Appaloosas. Booking List: 1.] Sun Paw owned by Zero Gravity Stables. 2.] WYM Windy Eclipse owned by Wind In Your Mane Stables. 3.] 4.] 5.] Get: 1.] Kipawa - filly 2.] WYM Sunshine Dreamcatcher - colt Personality: Since he was a colt he has always been boisterous and abit of of handful to keep up with. He always seems to be full of tricks and quirks, but this stud only means well. He's well mannered, but his playfulness sometimes gets the best of him. From tipping over his waterbucket, to letting himself out of his stall, he always finds ways to keep stable hands busy. History: Du Shane was taken from his mother early into his sixth month. He was small, lean, and undesirable, but his mother didn't have much to offer to him, being starved of nutrients herself. He was loaded into a truck, crammed with other colts and filles, their cries for their mothers echoing against the steal walls, on his way to the slaughter yard. Thanks to a rescue team, his life was prolonged for just abit longer. His picture was taken and posted, where interest in him had soon been taken up. Within a matter of a few weeks, he was loaded into a horse trailer and was sent off to his final home, where he grew, finding, and never letting go of, the colt inside of him. Artist's note: Du Shane is obviously based off my mom's real gelding, Du Shane, so she has been the one who gave me the rules on his breeding. Steal and be sorry. :] Another piece of prey to my scanner. Not overly happy with this picture, but I needed another stud.
